Zdravo na site.Kazete nekoja programa za topenje na msati nova sum vezbam veke 1 mesec imam rezultati no sakam vase mislenje sega za sega poveke sum na karido vezbi 60min.brzo odenje ili trcanje na traka ili pak orbit rek ... odam 5 pati sabota i nedela odmaram.

Da pravam no mi kazaa ne sekoj den premer 2 pati vo nedelata zatoa sto ke se zacvrztele mastite takak kako sto se prvo da ja postignam tezinata koja sto ja sakam i togas redovna programa.Taka mi kazaaa paaa neznam ???

lelel te molam aman ... znaci sakam da oslabam ne sum 100 kila ama sakam da sum poslaba sakam programa za slabeenje Sabajle na gladno pijam edna casa voda potoa ili zitarici ili ovosje odam vo fitnes kaj 11:00 vezbam samo kardio 60 ,min.lil trcanje ili orbit rek.Se vrakam piam voda jadam ili tuna ili pilesko so salata poslem toa jadam ovosje i nisto poveke navecer ne veceram ako epten mi se jadi jadam salata.I te molam pisi mi i mnogu ti blagodaram

Извини што доцнам со одговор, но предходно ќе ми треба одговор на две прашања:
- Целта е симнување на вишок на КГ. Овде гледа само еден кардио тренинг во прорграмава неделно.
- 4 или 5 тренинга имаш во неделата.

Znaci sakam da simnam kilogrami ovaa programa mi ja dadoa za pocetnici i mi kazaa deka prvo treba da simnam kilogrami kolku sakam pa potoa da pocnam so programata.Vo fitnes sum 5 dena samo kardio 60 min sekoj den trcanje na traka i orbit rek imam rezultati...no nekoi mi kazuvaat da pravam i kardio 60 min i vezbite sto mi se za toj den a edni samo kardio .....i ne mi e jasno sto da pravam ... i toa sakam da te prasam sto e najdobro za da gupis kilogrami imam 66 kg 170 sum visoka e sakam barem da sum 50 kg mozi i pomalku.E sega kasi ti tvoe mislenje dali e ko ova programata sto mi ja dadoaaa i da ne cekam odgovor edna nedela hihihi Uste ova ... za mesec dena imam izgubeno 3 kg.a vo obem mnogu poveke po 18 sm. po 14 sm po 8 po 6 sm. I ako moze nekoja dijeta ili neznamm... ne sakam bas dieti ne jadam blago gricki gazirano poveke sum na ovosje zelencuk..i mozebi ednas vo nedelata meso ne sum ljubitel na meso na sabajle pred vezbanje jadam ovesni ili rzani so meko ili jogurt ili pak ovosje toa mi e porucekot.Izninete me mozi prasva glupavi raboti ama sum pocetnik ii ako ne prasumav kako ke naucam ...Fala
