na primer vo obroko vo 15:00 imash 300 g tuna , pokje od 60 g protein sho ne tie potrebno tolku vo 1 obrok dovolno e 30-40 g protein vo obrok taka da mozhish da go podelish obroko na dva 150 g vo 12:45 i 150 g vo 15:00.
