i mene me interesira za 2 meseca kako da kacam 10kg onaka malce, gradi ramo i list da izgledam dobro na plaza.... daj pisete od toa hemiite sto da zemime??

i dali so koristenej na sterodi moze da se postigne pogolema masa na telo

Za 2 meseci so dobra ishrana i suplementacija, moze da se zgolemi telesnata tezina za 8-10 kilogrami, normalno nema da e muskulna masa, ama toj ne go ni bara toa kako so mozev da procitam, taka da neznam zasto se smeete.

Se slusas ti so zborvis. Ako e taka za 2 meseci 10 kg, za 12 meseci (1 godina) 60 kilogrami kaj baras logika vo ova... znaci slab covek so 60kg za 1 godina ke stane Jay Cutler.... Oladi malce i pisi ishrana ova ona pa da ti pomogneme da kacis masa (realna masa)...
